Salon 561 is a collaborative hair studio, which means that each stylist is an independent business owner and not an employee of the salon.

 

Any questions or concerns related to your services must be discussed directly with your stylist. 

Guests: Due to the size of our salon, the pandemic and our desire to create the best environment possible for our clients and staff, we ask that you please bring only yourself to your scheduled appointment.. If space permits, one guest may sit in the reception area unless the additional person is accompanying a guest who has special needs or is under 13 years of age.  

Refunds: Every stylist at Salon 561 wants her client to be happy with the service and experience they receive. In the event that you're not completely satisfied, please let your stylist know directly at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed. Please contact your stylist directly about her corrective services policies.

 

Product return/exchange policy: Salon 561 is not responsible for sales made between you and your stylist. Please contact your stylist directly about her product return/exchange policies.

 

Stylist booking: Please contact your stylist directly to schedule an appointment. 

Cancellation or no-show policy: We understand that, due to your busy schedule, you may have to cancel or change an appointment. Please be mindful of your stylists cancellation and no-show policies before scheduling an appointment. 

Privacy: Information collected from this site is only used to contact you for further information regarding your appointment.
